Entry Level Field Service Technician
Must have at least an Associates Degree in an IT discipline. Must have an understanding of business management, including cashflow, ROI, Human Resources as it applies to IT. Must be willing to learn a new method of IT service.

Desktop Service Technician
Must have a minimum of 5 years  in the IT consulting arena, preferably in medical application deployment.

Network Administrator
Must have a minimum of 5 years  in the IT consulting arena, preferably in medical application deployment.
